About the Event
Each week will cover a different topic. The first and last sessions will last 90 minutes and the remaining sessions will be 1 hour.
Week 1: Developing Mindfulness & Self-Awareness (9:30 - 11am)
Week 2: Expanding Concentration & Focus (9:30 - 10:30am)
Week 3: Silencing the Inner Critic (9:30 - 10:30am)
Week 4: An Offering of Self-Compassion (9:30 - 10:30am)
Week 5: Reducing Anxiety & Uncovering Calm (9:30 - 10:30am)
Week 6: Connection & Communication (9:30 - 10:30am)
Week 7: No Drama Discipline (9:30 - 10:30am)
Week 8: Developing a Practice of Your Own (9:30 - 11am)
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and meditation cushion, pillow or blanket for floor seating.
